Chris Brown Wins Joint Custody of Daughter Royalty

We are pretty sure Nia Guzman is currently
chewing the hat she wore in court, because
Chris Brown has officially won a joint custody
of their daughter Royalty. Both squared off in
a Houston court on Friday morning.
Guzman was trying to convince the judge
Breezy does not deserve any custodial rights
and should only be allowed to meet the kid for
visitations. The judge’s final decision was to
award them with 50/50 physical custody. Now
that CB and Nia both live in LA, Royalty will go
back and fourth every four days.
Reports that during the court appearance,
the judge shot down Guzman’s motion to move
the case to California, because she was living
in the Houston area when the case was filed.
Quite obviously, she was simply trying to get
more money from the crooner, since
California courts tend to award more money in
child support cases than Texas. Chris is
currently paying her $2,500 a month, but she
has been trying to receive $15,000 a month
for the last few months.
As well, initial reports suggested the singer was
not in court, but he turned down the rumor
with the following Instagram post. Congrats to
Breezy!
