Shatta Wale Gets Religious: “I Leave You For God”. Being religious and owing his allegiance to God hasn’t been a thing of the past for dancehall artiste Shatta Wale. Its hasn’t been a easy road for the artiste of the year 2014 since he started his campaign to seek better treatment for the average Ghanaian musician a little over 2 yrs ago. In a recent post, Shatta Wale acknowledged his only intention is entertaining people through his music. He however wishes to leave “an individual” into God’s hand. A saying like that only means, he will no longer bother himself talking about this particular individual. Here’s what Shatta Wale put out a few minutes ago;
“i only like to entertain so anybody that doesn’t like me for who i be…i leave you for God..we all have one life,One day everything will be no more but the WORD OF GOD will remain..MARK IT..”
We will try as much as possible to stay clear of creating controversies. Shatta Wale has not come out to say who this individual is. We will however like to put across that, the last time we heard anyone publicly saying “MARK IT”, was when Mark Okraku Mantey stated that, “Shatta Wale’s Music Will Not Stand The Test Of Time – Mark It On The Wall”.
